Easy to use and accessible from the office or the Internet
HR Connect is a suite of self-service tools that allow you to manage HR-related information from the office or an offsite location via the Internet. These tools provide improved access to personal information and permit online processing of a number of HR administrative and managerial transactions.
To use the HR Connect tools, you must have an Enterprise ID and password. Your Enterprise ID is not the same as your Employee Identification Number (EIN). If you have not activated or have forgotten your Enterprise ID, click "Manage Your Enterprise ID" on the right to access the BMO User Activation Service.
NOTE: Enterprise ID can only be activated from the office.
If you are on a leave of absence (LOA) or long-term disability (LTD) and cannot activate your Enterprise ID, please call the Human Resources Centre (HRC) in Canada at 1-888-927-7700, or HR Information Services in the U.S. at 1-800-544-0658. The HRC will assist you in processing your benefits transaction.
